The AI assistant that knows your report by heart

LightSpot's AI assistant answers your questions about your audit report, from the report itself. It opens from a floating button on the report page, in a side drawer, and answers in English or French. It knows your URL, your scores, your grade, your detected tech stack, your keywords, and the detail of every criterion on every audited page. It explains, it prioritizes, it drafts the fix ready to paste — and if WordPress is connected, it applies up to four kinds of fixes itself, depending on the SEO plugin installed. It only works from the data in your report: it doesn't guess, and it invents no numbers.

LightSpot AI assistant open on an audit report: question about a criterion, sourced answer and copy-ready fix

An assistant that has already read your whole report

Most assistants bolted onto a tool know nothing about your data and answer in generalities. LightSpot's gets the entire report before your first question: the audited URL, the overall score, the SEO score, the AI visibility score, the grade, the detected tech stack, the keywords, the topical analysis, and for every audited page the detail of every criterion — passed, needs work, or not evaluated. So there's nothing to explain to it and nothing to paste in. Open the drawer and ask straight away why a given page is losing points, what a criterion actually means, or where to start.

Explain, prioritize, draft the fix

The assistant is good for three things. Understanding, first: it puts a criterion in plain language and explains why a specific page fails, based on what the report shows. Deciding, next: it helps you sort what's worth doing first, when twenty fixes are waiting and you only have time for three. Doing, last: it writes the fix — a title tag, an opening paragraph, a structured data block — ready to paste into your CMS. You can also ask it to compare two pages, often the fastest way to understand why one gets cited and the other doesn't.

It takes you to the right place in the report

A report covering 46 criteria across several pages is a lot of screens to walk through. When the assistant mentions a criterion or a page, it can take you straight there: the report opens at the right spot, on the right criterion, with no hunting on your part. Conversation and report work together rather than side by side. The difference shows in daily use: you read an explanation, you click, you see the measured detail behind it, then you come back and ask the next question without losing the thread.

With WordPress connected, it applies the fix itself

If your WordPress site is connected to LightSpot, the assistant doesn't just draft — it applies. Four kinds of fixes go through it, depending on the SEO plugin installed: the title tag and a content rewrite in every case, the meta description once an SEO plugin is in place, article structured data with Yoast or Rank Math. You approve, it writes to your site through the existing connection, with the same guardrails as the rest of the platform. Everything else — code fixes, other CMS platforms, batch runs — keeps going through our fix agents and the autopilot. The assistant is quick on four specific fixes. It doesn't replace the fix channel.

What it won't do: invent, or sell you something

Three rules frame its answers. It only works from the data in your report: what wasn't measured, it says so rather than filling the gap. It invents no number, no score, no statistic — an assistant hallucinating a percentage on an audit report would do more harm than good. And it doesn't do sales talk: ask a technical question, get a technical answer, with no detour toward a higher plan. Those rules are what make its answers usable as they are, in a meeting or in front of a client.

How many messages, and on which plan

The assistant runs on Claude, Anthropic's model, with an automatic switch to a backup model if the main one is no longer available: the conversation carries on instead of stopping. Each conversation is kept per audit and resumes when you reopen it, so you pick up the thread of a report you last opened a week ago; it keeps no memory from one audit to another. On quotas: 100 messages a month on the Eclat plan, 2,000 on Zenith. On the free plan, the assistant is visible on the report but locked, with an invitation to move to Eclat to switch it on.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the AI assistant?

On your audit report page: a floating button opens a side drawer, without leaving the report. It answers in English or French, and already knows the whole open report — nothing to paste in and nothing to re-explain before your first question.

What exactly does the assistant know about my site?

Everything the report contains: the audited URL, the overall score, the SEO score, the AI visibility score, the grade, the detected tech stack, the keywords, the topical analysis, and for each page the detail of every criterion — passed, needs work, or not evaluated. It knows nothing beyond that, and says so when something wasn't measured.

Can the assistant change my site?

Only if WordPress is connected, and only for four kinds of fixes, depending on the SEO plugin installed: the title tag and a content rewrite in every case, the meta description once an SEO plugin is in place, article structured data with Yoast or Rank Math. Everything else — other CMS platforms, code fixes, batch corrections — goes through our fix agents and the autopilot, with their usual guardrails.

Can the assistant invent a number or a score?

No, that's a working rule: it answers only from the data in your report and flags what wasn't measured instead of filling the gap. It also skips the sales talk — a technical question gets a technical answer, usable as it is in front of a client.

How many messages do I get per month?

100 messages a month on the Eclat plan and 2,000 on Zenith. On the free plan, the assistant appears on the report but stays locked: you need to move to Eclat to switch it on. The allowance renews at each billing period.

Does the assistant remember our conversation?

Yes, but audit by audit. Each conversation is tied to its report and resumes when you reopen it, so you find the thread of an audit you looked at last week. It carries no memory from one audit to another, or from one site to another.
